We believe independent practice should feel sustainable, connected and professionally rewarding.
The environment in which we practise influences how we experience our working day. It is more than the consulting room itself. It is the atmosphere around us, the people we work alongside, the practical support available and the professional relationships that develop over time.
That belief is why How Are You Hub exists.
We set out to create environments where independent practitioners could enjoy the autonomy of private practice while being part of something shared. Spaces that support practitioner wellbeing, encourage connection and continue to evolve with the community that uses them.
Across our Melbourne locations, more than 20 independent allied health practitioners have chosen to establish their practices within our connected professional community.

Hawthorn Hub offers a purpose-built contemporary setting, well suited to practitioners supporting adolescents and adults.
Both locations provide welcoming consulting rooms alongside opportunities for connection, referrals, supervision and shared professional support, while allowing every practitioner to shape and grow their own independent practice.

Our practitioner community includes psychologists, psychotherapists and speech pathologists, each operating an independent private practice with their own clinical interests, therapeutic approaches and areas of expertise.
